I'm surprised that I never got these uploaded. They were our first trip out of the city sightseeing.
You can read about the CuChi tunnels on the internet, so I won't go into the history. I'll just say that the 'park' celebrated the CuChi villagers as heroes for their guerrilla tactics against the 'American Devils'.
These pictures were how the villagers lived and worked in the jungles around Saigon. They even had a school.
When they heard soldiers coming, first the French and later the Americans, they hid in the tunnels.
